How does the bespoke process work?
Please tell us your ideas by filling in our Enquiry Form or by messaging us on Instagram. We will then advise on design options and provide a quotation for your bespoke piece.
After settling a deposit, we will work on your mock up design(s). This is done using CAD, where you’ll receive 3D images of your draft bespoke design(s). These will look exactly like your finished piece. We can make any changes until it’s perfect.
Once you're completely happy with your design and placed your order, we will get started on the crafting. We will keep you updated with photos throughout the process. Once finished, we will ship your bespoke piece to you.
How long does the bespoke process take?
It takes us around 4 weeks to make and finish your bespoke piece. It could take up to 6 weeks for more complex designs.
We can, however, accommodate your schedule if your jewellery is required sooner for a special occasion.
How do I find my ring size?
We would recommend using our Ring Sizer Tool which is simple to use from home, giving an accurate measurement of your ring size. The re-useable ring sizer comes with free UK delivery.
Do you use real gold and silver?
Yes, we only use the finest gold and silver for our jewellery. Our precious metals are authenticated by a hallmark from the Birmingham Assay Office, stamped on the inside/back of your jewellery, confirming its purity.
Do you do diamonds?
Yes, we can source both natural and lab grown diamonds to suit your budget. We can also source a variety of precious and semi-precious stones. Such as Moissanite, Emeralds, Rubies and Sapphires.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! Our international shipping starts at £15 and may increase if the value of your item is over £250.
