Shipping and Returns

We offer fully tracked shipping globally. Orders placed by 3pm (GMT) will dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 3pm will be sent the next working day. 

 

If you are ordering after 3pm and require next day delivery, please Contact Us before placing your order, we will do everything we can to make this possible.

 

All orders outside of the UK may be subject to import fees regulated by your local customs authority. Unfortunately, these fees are not yet included in the shipping price.

 

US customers are exempt from import taxes and duties on purchases up to $800. 

 

Australian customers are exempt from import taxes and duties on purchases up to AU$1,000.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you wish to return an order, please get in touch with us through our Contact Page or Email: 19rings@mail.com with your order number (the “#” number within your order confirmation email) your full name and reason for return.

 

All items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days (21 days for all international orders). Bespoke (individually designed and/or re-sized) and sale items are unable to be returned.

 

Please note, this means that we must have your order returned back to us, and in our possession, within 14 days of the date of delivery of the order. Any orders received back after this 14 day period will not be eligible for a refund.

 

All items must be returned in an unused condition, in their original packaging, with any labels still attached.

 

The cost of your return is your sole responsibility, therefore please ensure you use an insured and trackable service.  We are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels and can only refund orders that successfully reach us.

 

We also offer exchanges. Please contact us as you would for a refund, in order to exchange a product.
